533R - Assignment, Reassignment, and Transfer

To the extent applicable, the assignment, reassignment, or transfer of any employees shall be according to the following order of priority as defined under regulation 538R: 
  1. Employment and/or Position Status. 

  2. Area of Licensure, Endorsement and/or Other Certification. 

  3. Seniority. 
The superintendent or his/her designee may initiate and/or authorize the assignment, reassignment, or transfer of employees.
