315P - Student Trips

Student trips of significant educational value are encouraged by the school board.  In addition to the educational value, an important consideration in such trips shall be the safety of the pupils.  Student-trip requests must be submitted to the superintendent or designee for approval.  Procedures to be followed are outlined in the Frederick County Public Schools student trip guide.  Student trips involving international travel will require school board approval.
